Return & Refund

1, Customers who needs to return goods due to non product performance problems such as actual received quantity discrepancy,
Specification discrepancy, appearance defects, package damage, etc. shall apply for return within the acceptance period,
Which shall not exceed 1 month after receiving the goods at the latest. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
Customers who need to return goods due to product quality problems can apply for return within 3 months after receiving the goods,
And will not be accepted after the time limit.

2, For returned products, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner filling) and ensure that the labels of the goods are intact.
The labels of the goods are the evidence for Sky Foundation to coordinate the return with the supplier.
If they are lost, they will not be accepted.

3, In case of application for return due to product quality problems,
 The customers shall provide a detailed performance test report in both Chinese and English as the basis for negotiation between Sky Foundation and the supplier.
 If necessary, a third-party test report in both Chinese and English recognized by both parties shall also be provided.
